Hi, I’m Karoline, a designer located in Copenhagen. I specialize in bridging business goals and user needs through thoughtful design, whether it’s shaping digital products from scratch or refining existing ones. With a strong focus on usability, aesthetics, and strategy, I thrive in cross-functional teams and love designing solutions that make a real impact

A selection of my work

Cargoflux is an all-in-one B2B platform for managing shipping and logistics. My role was to redesign and optimize the desktop platform’s design system, creating a flexible and scalable white-label solution tailored to users’ needs.

I built an atomic design system in Figma, which made it easy to produce various states and flows for developers. Throughout the project, I worked closely, and remotely, with developers across Europe. It was a valuable experience that strengthened both my remote collaboration skills and my ability to maintain an efficient design-to-dev workflow.

FarmBackup is a GPS and job tracking tool for farmers and contractors. It allows users to track machines in real time and manage key job details across the platform and app.

I worked closely with the founders and developers to design and build new features, while also leading a brand redesign and creating a new design system. At the same time, I helped develop major features such as job planning with calendar views, storage management, safety checks, GPS tracking, and more.

We had a close relationship with users, which gave us fast, valuable feedback and strong momentum in our decision-making process.

This platform was designed as a flexible tool for managing multiple regional app configurations from one central place. The goal was to give companies an easy way to control features, content, and parameters across several apps.

I was responsible for the full UI/UX process, from wireframes to high-fidelity design. The focus was on creating a clean, intuitive interface that made complex logic feel simple and easy to work with for both marketers and product managers.

Finansbanken is a collaboration between several Danish banks, creating a white-label platform that works across institutions. Together with another designer, I was responsible for designing the investment section of the platform, aimed at users who may not have much experience with investing.

We also designed the fully digital onboarding flow for new users, with a strong focus on making the experience feel safe, seamless, and easy to understand.

Dansk Erhverv is a business and employee organization working within policy and advisory services to support its community.

My role was to design pages and components based on their new and bold design system. The main goal was to visually reflect how Dansk Erhverv sees itself: modern and innovative.

It was also important to ensure that the site was screen-agnostic, so users across a wide and diverse community could enjoy a consistent and accessible experience on any device.
